(CBS) Another offensive lineman has joined the Bears’ 2015 NFL Draft class, as TCU tackle Tayo Fabuluje was picked by Chicago with its sixth-round pick.
In Fabuluje, the Bears have selected their fourth offensive player to go with two defensive players. Chicago also selected center Hroniss Grasu of Oregon in the third round.
Fabuluje was voted second-team All-Big 12 by the Associated Press in 2014, and was honorable mention All-Big 12 in 2012. He started 25 games in two seasons with TCU, but did not play the 2013 season in order to work three jobs to support himself and his sister.
The selection of Fabuluje in the sixth round was the Bears’ final slotted selection for the 2015 draft. Chicago picked receiver Kevin White, defensive tackle Eddie Goldman center Hroniss Grasu, running back Jeremy Langford and safety Adrian Amos in consecutive rounds prior to adding Fabuluje.
