(1090 The Fan) — Seattle Mariners right-handed pitcher Chris Young visited with the Steve Sandmeyer show before the weekend series with the Texas Rangers. Young fielded questions about the club’s season, his new-found health and pitching at Safeco Field.

The 35-year-old hurler also spoke about what he’s picked up watching Felix Hernandez pitch as well as life-lessons learned from Hall of Fame member Greg Maddux.
